A New Chapter: Delivering growth and resilience
At Anglian Water, we serve 7 million customers, and supply and take away 1.2 billion litres of water per day. It’s clear that the fundamentals of our business - providing clean drinking water and taking away used water and recycling it - alongside the positive outcomes we create, matter to us, our customers and the environment. Our Annual Integrated Report provides an update on our performance throughout the financial year 2024/25.
Anglian Water’s 2024/25 Annual Integrated Report provides an in-depth, transparent overview of business performance across the financial year. Our report is integrated, covering information including our Ofwat-related performance commitments, how we deliver value for stakeholders, our approach to the climate and nature crises, governance and our statutory accounts.
We ended the year in a strong financial position and invested a record £1,081 million to enhance our infrastructure and long-term resilience. 2024/25 was also a year of significant leadership change, and alongside this, we have engaged in a comprehensive prioritisation programme designed to contribute to performance improvements.
