Baseline Risk and Vulnerability Assessment, or "BRAVA", is where all Level 3 Water Recycling Catchments which progressed through RBCS are reviewed to understand the impact of growth and climate change up until 2050.

10 planning objectives were agreed with stakeholders during the start up of the DWMP process. The risk assessments were tailored based on the triggers shown in the RBCS stage.
