All costs provided from 1st October 2024 are valid up until 31st March 2025. 

Our charges are reviewed annually and come into effect from 1st April each year. If your project is not completed with us before the 1st April 2025, you will incur additional charges, including a re-quote and re-design fee along with any charges increase that comes into effect.

The costs for services provided in the current year, 2024-25, can be found in our Charging Arrangements.  Our charges arrangements for the year 2025-26, valid from 1st April 2025, will be published by 1st February 2025.

As we  work on our charging proposals for the next financial year we will carefully consider any regulatory guidelines that will be applicable.   In addition to this, we will continue to look for improvement in our charging structure and pass through efficiencies where identified.  We’ll be sending out details of our charges consultation soon and we’d love to hear from you.
