We’ve updated our services based on customer feedback and now offer two assessment tiers. You’ll need to choose the one that best fits your development.

Step 2: Apply via Inflow

Please apply for the assessment type(s) that suits your development needs best: 


Please note if you require a water non-domestic report, sewerage foul tier 2, surface water enquiry or a sewerage pre-design strategic assessment apply through the appropriate link below. Applications for these types of enquiries cannot be accepted through InFlow. 

 

Step 3: Make payment

Pay via Inflow or BACs

Non-domestic Water Report Notice 
Due to limited resources across our Water Resource Zones (WRZs), we only accept applications requesting up to 20m³/day per site. 


Applications above this threshold cannot be assessed. 


Submit your red line boundary and relevant documents to proceed. Invoices are sent separately, but we’ll begin the assessment while you arrange payment.
