We’ve updated our services based on customer feedback and now offer two assessment tiers. You’ll need to choose the one that best fits your development. 

 

Step 1: Before you apply

  • View our service options, including our costs in the table below (the services and fees referenced in the cost table are subject to standard rate VAT (20%))

Cost table

The charges above apply from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. New charges will come into effect from 1 April 2027.

Step 2: Apply

Please note if you require a water non-domestic report, sewerage foul tier 2, surface water enquiry or a sewerage pre-design strategic assessment apply through the appropriate link below. Applications for these types of enquiries cannot be accepted through our Customer Portal. 

 

Step 3: Make payment

Pay via our Customer Portal or BACs

Non-domestic Water Report Notice 
Due to limited resources across our Water Resource Zones (WRZs), we only accept applications requesting up to 20m³/day per site. 


Applications above this threshold cannot be assessed. 


Submit your red line boundary and relevant documents to proceed. Invoices are sent separately, but we’ll begin the assessment while you arrange payment.
