Welcome

You can check your usage in MyAccount.  You easily and quickly register online. We even have an app to view your account on the go.

You can also add meter readings and produce up to date bills to track your usage. If you have a smart meter this can be done automatically if there is a mast in your area, otherwise you may need to provide the readings to us.  If you need to know your meter location, please Contact us to obtain this information.

On occasions there may be issues with the transmission of data. In these instances, we will aim to resolve this issue as a priority and upload data at our earliest convenience.

If you are do not have a Smart Meter, readings can be taken manually. Water meters can be located internally or externally. Internal meters can be found under the kitchen sink, in an airing cupboard or in a bathroom usually behind a toilet.

External meters can be found immediately outside the boundary of the property that they serve, in the ground in a chamber with a lid.
