I want to report a leak

If you have an issue with your water or sewerage, or you've spotted a leak, then reporting it with us online is easy. You can keep track of the issue and the work we're doing to fix it from your computer or smartphone. Just visit our Report an issue page.

If you're concerned about your bill being higher because of a leak inside your property you will need to arrange for a plumber/the landlord to repair the issue. Anglian Water are not responsible for private internal plumbing. The good news is that we will be able to grant you an allowance to cover the excess water. Please obtain a meter reading  when the leak is fixed for us to bill you to date and grant the allowance.
