As part of Anglian Water’s commitment to protecting raw water quality and promoting sustainable agriculture, we offer a suite of targeted grant schemes designed to support farmers and land managers across priority catchments.
Whether you're looking to trial innovative practices, attend training, or host events, our funding programmes are designed to help you take meaningful actions that benefits both your business and the region’s water environment.
Farm Innovation Grant 2025
The fifth round of the grant opened at the end of May 2025. It's specifically aimed at supporting new and innovative on-farm projects helping find local solutions to local raw water quality challenges (herbicides, nitrates, phosphates and soil loss) in priority catchments. Over the last four rounds it's supported 178 applicants with projects worth over £3.4 million, all of which benefit the regions raw water protection.
If you're considering changes which will reduce risks to raw water quality within a priority Anglian Water Catchment please visit for more details.
